These spinach balls are super easy to make and store for use at a later party or get-together.
Makes 30 Spinach Balls
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Bake Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients
3 cups frozen spinach, thawed and all water squeezed out
1 cup breadcrumbs
3-4 eggs
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 slice of Havarti cheese for the star
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, spinach, and eggs together in a medium-sized bowl, (you may need to add more egg mixture to get the ingredients to stick) and roll into one-inch balls.
Place balls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes and then arrange on a platter to make a tree or just serve in a basket or bowl.
If making a tree, use a star cookie cutter to cut a piece of cheese and place it at the top of your tree.
Serve hot or cold.
