Pumpkin Deviled Duck Eggs

These fun and festive pumpkin-deviled duck eggs are a perfect snack that packs a unique taste and is great for fall entertaining.

Ingredients

12 hard-boiled duck (or chicken) eggs

Half a can of pureed pumpkin

4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons horseradish

1 chive

salt and pepper


Directions
  1. Peel eggs and cut in half.

  2. Take the yolks out and put them into a medium-sized bowl.

  3. Place the whites on a platter or plate.

  4. Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl until smooth.

  5. Transfer the mixture into a plastic bag and clip the corner of the bag.

  6. Squeeze the mixture into each egg white and smooth out using a toothpick.

  7. Cut the chive into small pieces and place each piece at one end go the egg to create the stem.

  8. Chill and serve.
