Ingredients
1 package of store-bought pizza crust
1 pear, sliced thin
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
1 cup fig jam
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Roll out dough
Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Set rolled-out pizza dough on the baking sheet.
Spread fig jam evenly on top of the dough.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and layer the pear. (Add more fig jam if needed.)
Sprinkle goat cheese on top and bake until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes.
