Charcuterie Skewers

The next time you are going to or having a party try these charcuterie skewers out instead of having the same boring cheese and cracker plate!

Makes 12 skewers

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Not only do these charcuterie skewers look great, everyone will love them. Mix and match ingredients and feel free to omit or add ingredients to your skewers. If there are any leftovers you can pull everything off the sticks and throw the ingredients on top of salad for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.

A platter loaded with charcuterie skewers for a party.

Ingredients

24 cubes of cheese - 1/2 yellow and 1/2 white - Cheddar and Havarti are my two favorites and you can also use mozzarella balls.

12 slices of salami and/or prosciutto, folded

8 black olives

8 green olives

12 cornichons

8 marinated artichoke hearts, drained

8 cherry tomatoes

3 tablespoons balsamic glaze - optional

12 wooden appetizer skewers

Directions
  1. Take a skewer and place cheese, salami, olives, cornichon, artichoke heart, and cherry tomato.

  2. Repeat in any order or pattern until you run out of ingredients.

  3. The balsamic glaze is an optional step and, if used, should be drizzled on just before serving.
