Ingredients
1 package of store-bought pizza crust
4 tablespoons basil infused olive oil
4 tablespoons blackberry preserves
6-8 slices prosciutto
6-10 large blackberries
6-8 slices of fresh mozzarella
5-10 pieces of fresh mint
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out pizza dough into a heart shape or just rollout to normal pizza shape.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set rolled-
out pizza dough on top.
Spread out the blackberry preserves on top of the dough and then layer with
prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and top with blackberries.
Bake 15-25 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted, and
the berries have burst and start to bubble.
Top with fresh mint and the remainder of the basil infused olive oil.
